Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes captured his second NFL Most Valuable Player award for the regular season in the 2022-23 campaign. He was listed as one of the top betting choices at +700 odds (Bet $100 to win $700) prior to the start of the season.

Mahomes also won the Super Bowl 57 MVP award as the Chiefs defeated the Eagles 38-35. Mahomes had odds listed as high as +130 (Bet $100 to win $130) to capture the award in the NFL finale.
